RelocNL (relocnl.com) is an informational tool that helps Japanese and South Korean nationals understand the Dutch visa and relocation process. We are not a licensed immigration law firm. The content we provide is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
2. What data we collect
When you complete the intake assessment, we collect the following information:
- Your name (optional)
- Your email address
- Your answers to the assessment questions (nationality, relocation reason, timeline, etc.)
Your answers are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to our servers unless you request a PDF download or complete a purchase.
3. How we use your data
- To generate your personalised relocation roadmap and PDF
- To send you your roadmap by email if you request it
- To improve the accuracy and usefulness of our assessments
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not use your data for advertising
4. Data retention
Assessment data stored in your browser is cleared when you click "Start a new assessment" or clear your browser data. Email addresses collected during the assessment are retained for up to 12 months unless you request deletion.
5. Cookies
We use only essential browser storage (localStorage) to save your progress through the assessment. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies at this time.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Data portability
