1. Who we are
RelocNL (RelocNL.com) is a trading name of Rainvalley, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42143979, VAT number NL869912884B01, registered address Netherlands. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it.
2. What we offer
We provide a free online assessment about Dutch visa and relocation requirements for Japanese and South Korean nationals, and an optional paid downloadable roadmap (PDF) with a personalised step-by-step action plan. Nothing on this website is legal, tax, or immigration advice — for advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed immigration lawyer or tax adviser.
3. Price and payment
The price of the full roadmap is shown at checkout in euros, inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe, by card or iDEAL — we never see or store your card details. An order is complete once payment is confirmed by Stripe.
4. Delivery
The roadmap is digital content, unlocked on-screen and available as a downloadable PDF immediately after payment is confirmed, and emailed to you if you provided an email address during the assessment.
5. Right of withdrawal
Dutch law normally gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Because the roadmap is digital content delivered immediately, this right does not apply once delivery has started, and only if you have expressly requested immediate delivery and expressly waived your right of withdrawal beforehand, in accordance with Dutch law (art. 6:230p sub g BW). At checkout you are asked to confirm this waiver before payment; we keep a record of the exact text you agreed to and when. If you do not give this consent, delivery does not begin immediately and your 14-day right of withdrawal is preserved.
6. No legal advice, limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy, and nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, financial, or immigration advice. To the extent permitted by Dutch law, Rainvalley is not liable for damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, information on this website, except in case of intent or gross negligence on our part.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, design, and roadmap PDFs, is owned by Rainvalley or its licensors. You may use a roadmap you purchased for your own personal use; you may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without our prior written permission.
8. Complaints and changes to these Terms
If you have a complaint about our service, contact us at hello@relocnl.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
